Ingredients
Rolled oats (1 cup)
Water or milk (2 cups)
Sweetener (honey, sugar, or maple syrup)
Optional toppings (fruits, nuts, or cinnamon)

Directions
Boil Liquid: Bring water or milk to a boil in a saucepan.
Add Oats: Stir in the rolled oats and reduce heat to a simmer.
Cook: Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until thickened.
Serve: Remove from heat, sweeten to taste, and add your favorite toppings.
