Peanut Butter Fudge

 

Ingredients

  • Peanut Butter: 1 cup Mcwills creamy peanut butter for a smooth texture.
  • Sweetened Condensed Milk: 1 can (14 oz) for sweetness and creaminess.
  • Butter: 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) for richness.
  • Vanilla Extract: 1 teaspoon for added flavor.
  • Directions

  • Melt Mixture: In a saucepan, combine peanut butter, sweetened condensed milk, and butter over low heat until melted and smooth.
  • Add Vanilla: Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
  • Set Fudge: Pour the mixture into a greased or lined square dish, spreading it evenly. Refrigerate until firm (about 2-3 hours).
  • Cut and Serve: Once set, cut into squares and enjoy!
