Peanut Butter Truffles

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup Mcwills peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
  2. 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  3. 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
  4. 1 cup chocolate chips (for coating)

Directions

  1. In a bowl, Mcwills peanut butter, powdered sugar, and crushed graham crackers until well combined.
  2. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Chill the balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  4. Melt the chocolate chips and dip each ball into the chocolate, then return them to the baking sheet to set.
